Pay for Performance Pilot
In June 2011 Seminole State's Board of Trustees asked the College to create a plan that would reward full-time, non-faculty employees for exceptional performance. A volunteer task force was formed to determine a plan, which was submitted to the Board and approved at the January 2012 Board meeting. Employees were notified of the plan via various collegewide communication vehicles.
