EAP1540 Writing 5

This course is a high intermediate writing class for non-native speakers of English. Emphasis is placed on writing well-developed academic paragraphs and structured essays using accurate language, appropriate word choice and correct mechanics.

Prerequisite: EAP 0485 or EAP 0488 with a grade of "C" or higher or demonstrated equivalent proficiency level. Corequisites: EAP 1500 and EAP 1560 unless previously taken.
